Public Records Officer & Quality Assurance Specialist
NORCOM is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Records Officer & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the agency’s public records process, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and support quality assurance efforts through the review and maintenance of call-taking, dispatch, and incident records.
This position plays a key part in upholding transparency, accuracy, and accountability in our mission to serve the community.

We are hiring Telecommunicators, no experience needed! Starting wage for training is $36.77/hr. Lateral candidates will be brought in at the pay step that reflects their total years of service as a fully released telecommunicator throughout the entirety of their career.
Salary range: $76,481 – $102,356
